Raised in New Jersey, Dr. Zielinski is a graduate of Newark's New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He went on to complete his Emergency Medicine training at Philadelphia's University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2018. Since then, he has worked in Baltimore, New York City, and New Zealand before returning to New Jersey where he joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA in 2023. Throughout this time, he has done work on Disaster Preparedness and Wilderness Medicine. In his spare time, Dr. Zielinski enjoys rock climbing, backpacking, and board games.

Dr. Tagore is a native Texan board certified in Emergency Medicine with a subspecialty in EMS & Disaster Medicine. Prior to entering medical school, he completed a MSHA and a MBA with a focus in management and finance respectively. Dr Tagore has found a passion in educating and training physicians. Since graduating from fellowship in 2016, he has been awarded Teaching Attending of the Year twice in 2017 and 2019. He currently trains physicians pursuing a specialty in Emergency Medicine and EMS & Disaster Medicine. He is currently the Associate Program Director for the EMS & Disaster Medicine Fellowship and Core Teaching Faculty for the Emergency Medicine Residency at Newark Beth Israel Rutgers Health. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Rutgers NJ Medical School. Currently Dr Tagore is involved in medical mission work abroad and focuses in establishing EMS Systems in developing and 3rd world countries. He also is heavily involved in teaching physicians in developing and 3rd world counties point of care ultrasound (POCUS) to diagnose and treat patients who may not have the latest imaging technology readily available to them. In New Jersey Dr Tagore also works as Associate Medical Director for RWJBH Mobile Health EMS. Other affiliations include his role as a Flight Physician for multiple air ambulance agencies. Dr Tagore is also active in event medicine, working concerts, marathons, special events, etc. One of Dr Tagore's professional interest is Tactical Medicine. He is currently a Tactical Physician for the NJ State Police TEAMS Unit (SWAT Team) and several other Federal and local SWAT/SRT Units. He has specialized tactical training in K-9 Casualty Care for working service dogs in the SWAT Team as well. Dr Tagore, additionally, is an EMS physician with the MD1 Program and responds when requested for entrapments and MCIs throughout the state of New Jersey. He has the ability, when requested, to bring the emergency room to the scene with his physician response vehicle. Dr. Tagore joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA in 2020. In his spare time he enjoys spending time and traveling with his loving family.

A New Jersey native, Dr. Han completed her BA in Cell Biology and Neuroscience at Rutgers University. She went on to earn her Master's of Biomedical Science at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, followed by her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Jefferson Health – Northeast, where she served as chief resident. She returned to New Jersey in 2022 when she joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and taking walks with her dog.

Danielle Fink MSN, FNP-BC is an ANCC board certified family nurse practitioner. She completed her initial nursing training at Holy Name Hospital School of Nursing in Teaneck, NJ and later completed both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at Felician University. Danielle has extensive Emergency Department and Urgent Care experience. She joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA in 2017.

A Chicagoland native, Dr. Morganstein earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, graduating in 2012. He went on to earn his Master's degree from Boston University School of Medicine before enrolling at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University in Camden, NJ. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai – St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. He has also worked at NYU Langone Medical Center performing cardiac electrophysiology and population health research. He has been a member of Pegasus Emergency Group, PA since 2022.

Kathryn L. Grimes, MD studied English, Spanish and Biology at Rutgers College, NJ. She went on to receive her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Grimes's fluency in Spanish has allowed her the opportunity to help develop culturally sensitive Spanish-language educational brochures on infant and child nutrition for Latino families at the Grow Clinic of St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. This involvement in the Grow Clinic lead Dr. Grimes to do research for a national clinical project examining the factors that impact a child's access to proper nutrition. As international healthcare volunteer Dr. Grimes has taught classes on basic life support, advanced resuscitation and the fundamentals of shock to the clinical staff at Cape Coast Regional Hospital, Ghana.

Kirsten Posselt began her career in healthcare as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). She received her AD in nursing from Raritan Valley Community College and her BS and MS from Rutgers University. Kirsten joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA in 2003. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Rizzo enrolled in Drexel University's combined seven year BS/MD program and completed her bachelor's degree in psychology followed by her medical degree in 2011. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia in 2015. Her research interests have included pre-hospital situational awareness as well as the management of refractory migraine headache in the emergency department. She joins Pegasus Emergency Group, PA after a year in southern New Jersey. She has spent many years volunteering as medical support for Susan G. Komen's 3-Day for the Cure's Philadelphia walk to benefit breast cancer. Interests outside of medicine include local book clubs and ice hockey.

Dr. Channick is an emergency medicine physician for Pegasus Emergency Group, PA since August, 2021. He received his medical degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Sidney Kimmel Medical College-Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Temple University, also in Philadelphia, PA.

Marin Kempel graduated from DeSales University with her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023 and began her career in the Emergency Department at Newark Beth Israel. When not at work, she enjoys spending time outside and cooking. She joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA in 2025.

Mike Prendergast graduated from Bowdoin College in 2000 and received his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2007. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency training at Denver Health Medical Center, CO in 2011 and worked part-time for Lamar County Hospital in rural eastern Colorado during this final year of residency. Dr. Prendergast joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA, PA and Pegasus Emergency Group, PA Meadowlands, PA in 2011. His primary interests include critical care, cardiac arrest resuscitation and resident teaching. He is a member of several Hunterdon Medical Center subcommittees including Critical Care, Cardiology and Pharmacy. He also serves as medical director of the Mobile Intensive care unit at Hunterdon Medical Center and led an initiative to minimize the use of backboards in the prehospital setting.

Norma Jean Johnson received her bachelor of arts in biology from Harvard University, and went on to receive her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, PA. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Dr. Johnson specializes in hyperbaric medicine, receiving her training and certification from the NOAA/UHMS Physicians Diving Program, Seattle, WA. She is fluent in both verbal and written Spanish.

Dr. Maitland graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cook College, Rutgers University. She then earned her osteopathy medical degree in 2006 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry – School of Osteopathic Medicine, now Rowan University – School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was awarded the Stanley S Bergen MD Medal of excellence. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at UMDNJ – SOM in 2010. She then completed her Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship at University of Connecticut/Connecticut Children's Medical Center in 2012. Dr. Maitland is a board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians. Currently, Dr. Maitland is a clinical assistant professor at Rowan University – School of Osteopathic medicine. She has had several publications and invited lectureships. She has been with Pegasus Emergency Group, PA since 2019 and works at Hunterdon Urgent Care. Her interests outside of medicine include theatre, soccer and dance.

A New Jersey native, Sarah Iosifescu earned her Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania in 2008. After spending a few years in finance and working in international health, she decided to pursue medicine. She received her medical degree from Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown in 2013. She completed her Emergency Medicine Residency training at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai – St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York City in 2020. Dr. Iosifescu joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA, PA in 2020. Her primary clinical interests include critical care and ultrasound in the emergency department. In her free time Dr. Iosifescu enjoys traveling, biking, hiking and spending time with her family.

Shawn Dooley has over 20 years of experience as an Physician Assistant specializing in Emergency Medicine. He obtained a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at King's College. Shawn joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA in 2023 and has become an invaluable member of our team.

A native New Yorker, Stephanie started her career in 2010 as a registered nurse on a specialized intensive care trauma unit for adult and pediatric patients at Richmond University Medical Center. In 2018, she relocated to New Jersey and joined the emergency department at Hunterdon Health. Here, she used her experience and passion for teaching to help create the first new graduate emergency department onboarding program which has paved the way for many new graduate nurses to be successful in the department. In 2024, Stephanie graduated from Wilkes University with her advanced degree as a nurse practitioner and joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA to continue to pursue her true passion, emergency medicine. Stephanie believes strongly in decreasing health disparities in our community and has worked on multiple projects for the advancement of health literacy and health equality. She is an active member of the American Academy of Emergency Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. When she is not working, Stephanie is an outdoor enthusiast and an avid equestrian, spending most of her time hiking or riding horses. She also enjoys spending time with family and reading.

Tom Dotro received his Bachelor of Science in biology from Rutgers University Cook College, NJ, and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He continued on to receive his MS Physician Assistant Degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Allied Health Professions—graduating at the top of his class. Tom has been with Pegasus Emergency Group, PA, PA since 2004. He served as lead APP from 2010-2021 and then transitioned to gastroenterology before returning in 2023 to EM, his true passion. In addition to his administrative duties, he lectures Family Medicine residents on wound closure and splinting. Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and children, especially at the Jersey Shore.

Tracey Keegan has been with the Hunterdon Medical Center Emergency Department since 2000. She began her career as an ER nurse while attending classes toward her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ. She graduated magna cum laude, recognized by Sigma Theta Tau. Upon completion of that program she enrolled in Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Nursing and received her Master of Science in Nursing with honors in 2010. Tracey is board certified by the ANCC. In addition to her FNP-BC certification, Tracey is a Certified Emergency Nurse, Trauma Nursing Core Certified and American Heart Association certified in ACLS, PALS. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association. When not working in the ER, Tracey likes to spend time with her family soaking up the sun on the beach, and most recently took up the saxophone.

Young Yoon graduated from a seven-year BS/MD program based in City College of New York. He went on to receive his medical degree from SUNY – Stony Brook School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Jacobi Medical Center, NY. Jacobi serves as a Level I Trauma Center with hyperbaric, snake bite and burn centers and an annual ED census of 135,000. Dr. Yoon's first position as an attending ED physician was at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in NY. There, the medicine residents honored him as "Teaching Attending of the Year" for 1997. He then moved from Mt. Sinai to Jersey City Medical Center, NJ as Associate Director of their Emergency Department in 1999. While he was employed at JCMC, the census increased from 48,000 to 60,000 within one year and they were awarded the Compass Award from Press Ganey. He has filled the position of Associate Director for both Palisades Medical Center, NJ and Bayonne Medical Center, NJ. In 2010, Dr. Yoon was the Pegasus Emergency Group, PA team member who started up the Emergency Department at Meadowlands Hospital. Dr. Yoon has served as medical director at the Meadowlands Emergency Department since this start-up, and under his leadership, Press Ganey patient satisfaction scores dramatically increased from below 25 percentile to 80 percentile. Dr. Yoon has been with Pegasus Emergency Group, PA, PA since 2005, and served as Medical Director of Meadowlands Hospital Emergency Department from 2010-2013.

Dr. Spector is the President of Pegasus Emergency Group, PA, PA and has been Chairman of Emergency Medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center since 2004. He joined Pegasus Emergency Group, PA Group in 1998 after completing his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Dr. Spector led Hunter Medical Center in obtaining designation as a Primary Stroke Center, and gives lectures on stroke care at the local and regional level. He worked closely with the cardiology department to establish an emergency angioplasty program for MI patients. Together, the Emergency Department and cardiology team have achieved the best door-to-cath lab time in the state of NJ: 56 minute average. He has been instrumental in achieving 100% compliance with CMS Core Measures, and championed an inter-department Patient Flow committee. The results of that committee reduced length of stay times in the ED for admitted patients and increased patient satisfaction scores to the 95th percentile. In 2010, Dr. Spector was proud to be one of the Pegasus Emergency Group, PA team members who started the Emergency Department at Meadowlands Hospital. Since taking over the delivery of Emergency Medicine Services, patient satisfaction scores have risen from below 25% to 80%. Dr. Spector believes in working very closely with hospital administration and medical staff leaders to align and achieve common goals. Dr. Spector has served on the Board of the Hospital and Healthcare System Board, and was voted a "TOP DOCTOR" by New Jersey Monthly magazine in November 2011. He is President Elect of the Medical Staff for 2013/2014 and will hold office of President through 2015/2016.

Dr. Mehta took the short route toward his medical degree by enrolling in a combined BS/MD seven-year program offered by Stevens Institute of Technology in conjunction with UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. He achieved highest honors in that condensed program. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency program at Indiana University, during which time he was very involved with teaching and recruiting new residents. During his residency, Dr. Mehta was fortunate enough to be the sideline event physician for the Indianapolis Colts games at the RCA Dome, the National Hot Rod Association races at the Indianapolis Raceway Park, and the World Police and Fire Games at the Indianapolis Convention Center. He also served as a flight physician for three years during his time in the Midwest. After residency, Dr. Mehta returned to New Jersey and immediately began working for Pegasus Emergency Group, PA in 2002. He became partner in 2007, and currently serves as Vice President of Pegasus Emergency Group, PA, Assistant Director of the Emergency Department, and Medical Director of Hunterdon Urgent Care. He helped implement computerized physician order entry and electronic medical records into the Emergency Department and has a special interest in conscious sedation and pediatric emergency care. He also led the team in getting several new medications added to the hospital formulary in order to improve patient care. In his free time, Dr. Mehta enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys skiing, reading, swimming, and rooting for the NY Jets.
